My service advisor has always been great. Getting me in and out and taking care of me but this visit was not like the rest. This was the 3rd time I had brought my car in for front brakes. At this point they are now grinding, metal to metal sound. I get a call a few hours after dropping off that my brakes had 7mm on them (a few month prior they only had 5mm), and they could not get the brakes to make the grinding sound I was talking about, so they cannot change them. At drop off, I said keep my car all day...they had it for about 3 hours and only drove it for a few minutes per the mechanic. Needless to say, I was very upset on this call. The mechanic came out at pick-up with a smile and a condescending tone telling me he could not get my brakes to make the noise I was talking about after only a few minutes of driving. He said I could be hearing a squeal or moan, but they are not grinding. I know the difference between a squeal, moan, and metal to metal grinding. I felt like he thought I was just a dumb woman that was hearing things. He offered to go on a test drive with me but at this point I was so upset I declined. My husband took the front passenger brakes off and examined the pads….metal to metal and the rotors were seriously scored. I have pictures if needed. When I called the service advisor to explain what we found and asked if the mechanic took the brakes off, he said no, he only did a visual inspection. How is it when a customer brings in a vehicle for the same thing 3 times and is now saying she is hearing metal on metal you only do a visual inspection. Apparently, he was only looking on the outside rotor and pad and didn’t bother to do his job and look at the inner pad and rotor. This also was causing my caliper to drag and grind even when my foot was not on the brakes. Needless to say, I am not happy. My service advisor should have made sure the mechanic had done his due diligence and he did not. The mechanic should have done the job he is being paid for and did not. This car has been nothing but a hassle since I purchased it and this visit put the final nail in the coffin that not only am I selling this car but will never purchase another Ford. Yes, they took care of me at this next visit, putting me in a rental, (my car was not ok to drive) and ordering the brakes and rotors. However, this should have been done at my initial visit and all this drama could have been avoided. More

Horrible service vehicle is always returned to us dirty and it has been there quite a few times for recalls and repairs for things related to the recall that was not repaired properly. When calling we always get transferred to multiple departments before we get to the service department. They have kept the vehicle for repairs anywhere from 1-4 months at a time. The paint is forming cancer spots on the hood and the weather stripping around the windshield and doors has totally deteriorated and the windshield has separation spots on the top. The vehicle is a 2018 with 30,600 miles and from the looks of the weather stripping, you would think it's a 1980s vehicle. The dealership claims it’s because of us and won’t help out, not sure if I’ll be going back More
