I've had 3 recalls on my Ford and each time the parts were not in. Took it in finally for one recall and have it diagnosed for coolant leaking. They had my car for three weeks without a loaner car. Aft were not in. Took it in finally for one recall and have it diagnosed for coolant leaking. They had my car for three weeks without a loaner car. After diagnosed for problem Greg the technician gave us a quote to replace hoses and labor and we told him to do the work. Greg called to tell us it was ready. My husband asked Greg about the quote, Greg gave us a larger quote for replacing the hoses. We said no you quoted us a smaller amount earlier. We my husband arrived Greg said in the future we will not accept the aftermarket insurance from you. What kind of service is that? Needless to say, we will not go there again. More
