I really don't do survey's about dealerships since they can almost always be a pain for me when it's acquiring a new/used vehicle. However, this being my first time at this dealership and dealing with ser can almost always be a pain for me when it's acquiring a new/used vehicle. However, this being my first time at this dealership and dealing with service departments in general, I really don't have any problems. However, this is the first dealership service department that sent me a video regarding one of my tires and why it's recommended to replace it. I've never, NEVER, had a service department do that. My service manager, Greg gave me a very good first impression as well as the porter who washed my truck. Greg being very professional, yet personable and the porter did a good job giving my truck a shower (It was dirty!). I believe when it is time for that next oil change and when tires are in need of replacement, I will be returning and hopefully, there will be more inventory there for me to look at. More
