AutoNation Ford Valencia - Service Center

I have been a customer of AutoNation Ford Valencia since 2008 for vehicle purchases and service. I now live in Lake Havasu City AZ and continue to take my 2014 Mustang there for all servicing. It has nearly 290k miles and still looks and drives like new! They treat me and my vehicles with excellent care! More

Extremely dissatisfied. I told desk guy and a different guy who approached me saying I wanted 5.5 quarts of oil, not 6, and they still put in 6. Level is now ABOVE the upper I told desk guy and a different guy who approached me saying I wanted 5.5 quarts of oil, not 6, and they still put in 6. Level is now ABOVE the upper dipstick marker. This causes additional blowby that builds up on intake valve stems causing reduced power and mpg. Increased potential for blown seals also. Total volume for engine and filter is 6 quarts but the last half quart never drains out at change time. THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT! Service department called and will kindly compensate me for my issue More

Great service at Valencia! Team is very friendly. Sometimes is very difficult reach the service team, no one answer the phone, I’ve to wait until they call me back. I have a 2 Team is very friendly. The service department is impossible to get a hold of. I took my car in on a Saturday morning for service and was told I’d get my car back the same day. Well, they never called me and when I tried to call I took my car in on a Saturday morning for service and was told I’d get my car back the same day.
