I have a couple gripes and it's not the advisor's fault it is how they are trained or told to conduct business. So they are very DISPARATE with actual costs. I took my vehicle in for a coupon service (multi-point high mileage check type). 1. I asked the cashier if the service portion had a charge since no one scanned or asked for my coupon. They could not answer the question... they looked at the invoice like I had just done... could not answer. I ended up finding it buried in the paperwork... as $0.00. Ok good, but why can't anyone answer the question about your paperwork? 2. Next when the vehicle was almost ready I was told I might need a new air filter. No problem, I was overdue. When I asked the cost I was told "about $20." Then I was asked more than once in this fashion, "would you like me to add that and I can put it in for you? Or you can do it yourself its super easy." More than once, I was asked if I wanted the technician to put it in. "Its no problem at all I can do it, its very easy." So I said yes. Upon searching the invoice I am charged $26 for the filter (not vastly apart from what I was told) but there is a $36 charge for installation!! WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO DISCLOSE THIS? I get there might be a charge but never at any point was it mentioned and I felt very deceived. Now I as a customer must ask multiple times to get a full and complete answer on pricing. I will be reaching out to have this refunded. More
When we called AutoNation Ford Javier answered the phone. He was very polite as we told him our problem we were having with our 2016 Explorer. He got us in right away and kept us updated. Javier set us up to get a rental car since it was covered in our warranty. He let us know when our car was done and we could pick it up. More
Sam in service was great. Better than any dealer in the area. My parts showed up early. I've spent almost 100k at an adjacent dealer and received such bad service I won't buy from them again. What good is buying an extended warranty if the dealer can't get you in. Great service you won't be let down. More

This was my first time servicing my vehicle I purchased and I have had a great experience with Autonation overall. However, with the maintenance service I received, I did not give a higher score. There was and I have had a great experience with Autonation overall. However, with the maintenance service I received, I did not give a higher score. There was a tire sensor light on my dashboard and I thought they would address this issue with me, but surprisingly they didn't. I also knew my tires were getting bald/thin (safety hazard) but service did not address this either. I like autonation, but it seems my service was rushed and not thoroughly inspected. Let's see if this happens again next time I go. Keeping records of my visits. More
