I had a routine service performed on my truck. The service rep..was very helpful ,and the service was done as promised.I paid the cashier for the service and she call for my truck to be brought to The service rep..was very helpful ,and the service was done as promised.I paid the cashier for the service and she call for my truck to be brought to me.after waiting a half hour for my truck I asked the cashier to call fall my truck again ,but still no truck.I then ask the service rep.to help me get my truck he was told the service people did’t know where the truck was.the truck was finally found after I had waited a long time. AutoNation Ford in Valencia with the guidance from assistant service manager Sam White perfectly diagnosed the problem we were having with our F150, suddenly and without warning the truck would go int assistant service manager Sam White perfectly diagnosed the problem we were having with our F150, suddenly and without warning the truck would go into limp mode after displaying multiple warning causing a total loose of usable power.
