Autonation is awesome! Arrived 20 minute's early for my appointment. Just basic service "The Works" (oil change ) had me in and on the road in less than an hour 1/2 . They are Useless ! ! I bought a new hybrid Ford Escape , the subwoofer make rathering noise .. they can’t fix it . After 4 visit they figure that it vibration from t ! They don’t return phone calls of follow up with customers when there is a problem .. Ford make nice cars , but Valencia service department sucks … Avoid. More
I took my explorer in for rack and pinion repair. It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy. Everything was covered and so was my car rental. So, 45 days later I’ve got my car back. Thank you again to Mike Duff and the Ford team. More
I did not have a good experience at my last service appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from m appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from my service rep, so I tried calling at 4:15 and wasn’t able to get through (no answer). I tried again at around 4:45 and left a message, no call back. I tried again around 5:15 and had to leave a second message. Again, no call back. I needed my car for that evening, which I had told my service rep that morning. My husband ended up having to walk from work to Ford (45 minute walk) to find out if it was ready since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone while I had to use our only car to get my kids to their practices. When my husband arrived, all of the service reps were sitting around chatting with each other in the room, which was infuriating, and of course, my car was sitting there ready to be picked up. Nobody notified us and nobody answered the phone or returned our calls, all while they were just sitting around casually chatting with one another. Completely unacceptable. More
