It took several weeks to hear from the service advisor once I had my vehicle dropped off. I spent $1700 on repairs to get it running and up-to-speed. Not impressed with the "mechanic" for my 37500 service of my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened th my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened the doors for some reason??? Also the inside was dirty...the service dept. usually washes the vehicle, but mine came back dirty. I requested 49 psi in all tires including the spare...when I went to drive out of the dealership, I checked the tires...they were all 64 psi. Turned around to the service and the mechanic and his partner took over 20 minutes to check the air...are these guys trained??? windshield washer fluid was empty... WHAT ESLE DID HE MISS??? Mike Duff did an awsome job but I have lost my confidence in this dealership. More
Service at Autonation ford is as pain free as it gets. They are extremely honest, knowledgeable and fast. They have a team of very talented mechanics that get the job done right. Brought in my 2016 Fusion for a low beam headlight replacement (just the bulb not the entire headlight assembly) last week. As I knew that the car would have to be lifted and the bumper would have to replacement (just the bulb not the entire headlight assembly) last week. As I knew that the car would have to be lifted and the bumper would have to be removed to get access to the headlamp I was prepared for a hefty service cost. Before the service was performed I asked the Service Writer for what "the book" says the service time should be (I guessed an hour and a half for a qualified service tech to perform the changeout). I was told that he couldn't tell me due to his inability to access that info on his computer. I didn't push it. I left the car there for an estimate. 3 hours later I received the service cost estimate and I was stunned. I was told it would take 3 hours to replace at a final cost to me of $710 (the cost of labor at Ford is $190/hour I learned). I told Ford, no thanks, and took my car to Grand American in nearby Newhall. There I was charged $145 out the door. I never asked what the extra $140 that Ford wanted would be for. Summary: Ford is very expensive for small issues however I would send my car there for bigger repairs/when I need OEM parts. Their technicians are reliable and the work is long lasting. The service writer was direct, albeit a bit cold, but told me straight (which I always appreciate). I also appreciated the free estimate. More

Left oil smudges and fingerprints all over the door, didn't complete the maintenance checks claimed (wiper blades need replacing, but checked off that they were fine), didn't measure brake pads, just wr didn't complete the maintenance checks claimed (wiper blades need replacing, but checked off that they were fine), didn't measure brake pads, just wrote down that they did with an incorrect measurement More
Just because I drive an older truck and I’m Latino doesn’t mean I don’t have money to get the work done on my truck that I wanted done. I took it somewhere else for the main reason I wanted it done an doesn’t mean I don’t have money to get the work done on my truck that I wanted done. I took it somewhere else for the main reason I wanted it done and it was repaired with 6 simple parts that are in the steering column. According to the service writer it was going to take weeks and $1,500 in parts and another $1,500 in labor. This will be my last time I will step foot in this dealership. More
