Professional - did not hassle me or try to sell me services I did not need. Came in to get a recall taken care of, and 30,000 mi service. Car was done earlier than estimated. Service guy was helpful. They had my truck for 2 months to fix oil leak, and hubs. I know they were backed up, but it seems like there was a lot of wasted time.
