I have been a customer for many years. They are usually very prompt and courteous. This last visit took much longer than expected. I left the car on Wednesday, expecting completion on Thursday. On Friday I called 3 times before NOT getting an answer to my request to know if completed. ( My service manager was off that day) None of the persons I talked with seemed to be able to discover information.
