I have been a customer for many years. They are usually very prompt and courteous. This last visit took much longer than expected. I left the car on Wednesday, expecting completion on Thursday. On Frid very prompt and courteous. This last visit took much longer than expected. I left the car on Wednesday, expecting completion on Thursday. On Friday I called 3 times before NOT getting an answer to my request to know if completed. ( My service manager was off that day) None of the persons I talked with seemed to be able to discover information. I drove over to the dealer, and fortuneatley my service manager just happen to be there and got my work speeded up, I picked it up next day More

I like that the Facility was large enough to drive in and out of with ease. The staff were friendly and answered questions in a friendly manner. I found them ALL quite pleasant.
