My service advisor, Morgan Buteyn was very helpful and nice when I took my Edge in for the service recall. She went above and beyond her duties. Instead of waiting for parts Dept to get back to her, she w nice when I took my Edge in for the service recall. She went above and beyond her duties. Instead of waiting for parts Dept to get back to her, she went directly to the Dept. to make sure the parts are available.
