Was in to get first service on 2025 F150 Raptor R. I thought that the service was expensive but that may be the going rate for 11.5 qt. oil change. I thought that the truck came with points towards parts service, but I guess not. You would think Ford would cover the first service, but I guess that only comes with Chevrolets. Service was good after a little warming up to people working at the dealership. I was scheduled for 7 AM so maybe it was because everyone had not settled in for the day yet. The service took longer than I expected but may have been because was so early and everyone goes through their morning rituals before getting started. i will try a different time next time to see if it's different. Experience ended up being GREAT! Would recommend to anyone for service. More
