AutoNation Ford Wolfchase - Service Center

I scheduled my appointment online for a 3pm service. I arrived at the dealership about 5 min late due to traffic and this being the first time at this location, just moved from Kansas. The Service team came right out and got my info and took the car back for service (oil change, tire rotation). 2 hours later I get my name called that the service is complete. Pay my bill and head home. I had a different style left rear tire on the vehicle before the service. That tire was still on the left rear. I checked my invoice and sure enough, I was charged for a tire rotation. I never had an issue like this at our Kansas dealer. I could schedule an appointment and get my vehicle back in under an hour. Service was good, my only issue was no one greeted me when I pulled in and I sat in my car for a while. Overall I would absolutely recommend autonation Ford. You can expect to be without your truck for awhile but that's everywhere right now. Bottom line,the service was great and the work they did.
