Customer service is hands down the best in Memphis. I called around everywhere to get a oil change on my brand new F250. Unfortunately the wait time was two (2) weeks everywhere else. I made a 7 AM appointment on line. The car needed a new tire, with balance. It wasn't done until after 3 PM. Other dealerships have a Quick Lane service which expedite tire changes, oil changes, etc. I was visiting from out of town so, I was having to rely on others to transport me to the dealership since you didn't have a driver to pick me up from my hotel. I’m really proud of my dealership! I say my dealership because they make me feel like I’m at home when I’m there.
