Customer service is hands down the best in Memphis. I called around everywhere to get a oil change on my brand new F250. Unfortunately the wait time was two (2) weeks everywhere else. I made a 7 AM appointment on line. The car needed a new tire, with balance. It wasn't done until after 3 PM. I was told that if I was waiting on the car, at the dealership, it would The car needed a new tire, with balance. It wasn't done until after 3 PM. I was told that if I was waiting on the car, at the dealership, it wouldn't have been any faster. If you can't fix my tire until 3 PM, then don't have open appointments until that time. Other dealerships have a Quick Lane service which expedite tire changes, oil changes, etc. I was visiting from out of town so, I was having to rely on others to transport me to the dealership since you didn't have a driver to pick me up from my hotel. More

The dealer came through when I was really in a hard place with doctor visits and no car to us . They got my car repaired with my service contrzct covering my car rental. I’m really proud of my dealership! I say my dealership because they make me feel like I’m at home when I’m there. I have been using this dealership since 2008. I have moved to Horn Lake, and I still return to use this Service Department. Lee Gault is Outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and always greets me with a smile. I originally scheduled just an oil change & if my recall part was in to install that as well. Two days before, my appointment, I called Lee to let him know I just went over 60k & thought I might need additional Maintenance. He assigned a technician to handle all the service & insure my recall part was installed. Lee called me several times to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle and that he would need to keep it overnight to finish the next day. I appreciated him keeping me in the loop, and when it was ready, he again called me & I picked it up.
