Service advisor did a great job. Very friendly and professional. However when I received delivery, it was not as expected. They left used floor mat and plastic bag inside. This was the first time I experienced that kind of service. They also change seat adjustments and left that way. It was for recall. Also they stopped providing shuttle service. I would expect rental car or shuttle for service recalls which takes long time. More
