The work performed was completed within the timeframe given but we had to wait 2 months to get an appointment. My 2015 Transit Connect had two recalls along with an oil change and new wiper blades. Everyone was professional and very courtesy. I went for a recall that took 6 months to get an appointment. Was going to wait upon arrival was told would take at least 2 day due to limited staffing.
