Appointment was at 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:45 am. Agent was off. Another said she’d help me. I asked how long. She said 2 hrs. What is purpose of appointment if it takes 2:15 minutes to change oil and rota was off. Another said she’d help me. I asked how long. She said 2 hrs. What is purpose of appointment if it takes 2:15 minutes to change oil and rotate tires? After 1:45 minutes I went to check on truck. My agent was gone and a 3rd agent had to help. He advised I was next in line. My truck had not even been started after 1:45 minutes. Took 2:15 minutes. When agent gave me key he did not ask if I’d like car wash. I had to ask even though I know he asked the gentleman in front of me. This is not acceptable service. I was very disappointed. Martha Lott More
Jeff Smith, the General Manager and his team at this location were very helpful. They were nice, friendly and eager to help. Every time I come to have my vehicle serviced, they do a good job to make sur location were very helpful. They were nice, friendly and eager to help. I have worked with the service advisor Lee & he was outstanding! I feel he goes above & beyond to make sure customer are dealt with in a professional’ timely manner & he goes out of his way to make you outstanding! Told me it was normal for a new truck to use a quart of oil every couple of hundred miles.
