Previously I was not a fan of the service departments at other dealerships. Firstly, the woman who checked me in acted as if I was inconveniencing her when I’m bringing that location business and I had it scheduled. Secondly, they didn’t bring me my car they had it parked in the inconveniencing her when I’m bringing that location business and I had it scheduled. Thirdly, we would’ve paid for a windshield and car wash, but those were not options for me. It was a night and day difference from another location in Memphis which was very polite, brought my car to me, and they offered me a complimentary car wash. More
