I was told in October my battery needed to be replaced. When I had issues with it starting I mentioned that during an oil change in February. I was told all looks good. When I dropped it off to have the starting issues resolved specifically in May I was told it was the battery again. When it still had start issues two weeks later they said they would take a look at it to diagnosis a new problem. After 5 days of not hearing anything I went back in person and was told they tried calling me yet I had no recent calls. They sent me to voicemail every time I called during those 5 days. They finally replaced the starter and it took a lot of pressure to bring the price down since they had no loaners and forced me to get a rental car while they "worked" on my car. I'm not sure how you trust a place like this to do more than a simple oil change. More
