Check-in was easy. I was well informed of service status. Vehicle was kept overnight in a locked area to protect from theft or damage. I was well informed of service status. Vehicle was kept overnight in a locked area to protect from theft or damage. More
We have purchased numerous vehicles from AutoNation Honda 104 and Nathan P. and our salesmen have been great. They were even able to track down the Ridgeline I wanted in 2021. 104 and Nathan P. and our salesmen have been great. They were even able to track down the Ridgeline I wanted in 2021. More
Sorry, but I can't say that I'd return to this dealership for service. When I pulled into the garage for my appointment, there was nobody available. I sat in my car for several minutes, gave up, and went t for service. When I pulled into the garage for my appointment, there was nobody available. I sat in my car for several minutes, gave up, and went to the service desk, even though there was nobody there either. When I finally talked to someone, I was told that my service (oil change & tire rotation) would be $85, but when I was paying at the counter, the bill had jumped to $103. When asked, I was told that taxes weren't included in the up-front estimate. When did sales tax reach 15%? I noticed when I actually looked at the service receipt closely, I noticed that an "in-training" service tech had worked on my vehicle - so you charge the same for a trainee as you do for a qualified technician? Also, I noticed that he didn't reset the maintenance needed sensor. Overall sub-par would be how I rated the service. More

I recently went there for service on the CRV and again the staff was kind and friendly and showed honesty and concern for my needs to keep my vehicle in good shape. Moses Mares was my service rep and did a great job explaining everything to me. We shared a couple laughs as well and the didn't break the bank either. Bottom line is, great people, great service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car's service needs. More

I found the first service rep difficult to work with, he seemed annoyed with my questions, inferred my knowledge of my warranty was inaccurate, made me take screen shots of the coupon email with a bad link indicating they probably wouldn't honor it, and placed blame on me for a problem with an indicator light. The second service rep, Moses, was amazing. He listened to my concerns without judgement and resolved everything to my satisfaction. The mechanics were also helpful in troubleshooting the indicator light which turned out not to be my fault and was covered by my warranty. I couldn't get the link in the marketing email for a coupon to work but the service department manager honored the price. More
Poor communication on service. First they made me an appointment for 4pm, then when I arrived they told me they could not do the service that was scheduled on the phone. I returne First they made me an appointment for 4pm, then when I arrived they told me they could not do the service that was scheduled on the phone. I returned a few days later to leave the car all day. No response to messages I left during the day asking for a progress report. Finally late in the day I received a call telling me the battery was good but the alternator was bad. I asked to speak with the technician, but he already left for the day. I was told I would be called early the next day with the technician on the line. Never received a call, only a text telling me the alternator was bad. I left another phone message to have the technician to call me to discuss, but never received a call. I finally showed up in person mid afternoon, asked to speak with the technician, but the service desk told me he would just say the alternator was bad & gave me an estimate of $900 to replace it. I paid the $114 diagnostic fee and left. I took the car to another place who used a battery/alternator tester, probably similar to the one Honda used, because the printout looked similar. Their test showed the battery & alternator tested fine. Since then car has been running fine and my personal tests on the alternator show it charging the battery just fine. I am an electronics technician and understand basic charging circuits which is why I wanted to talk to the technician to understand the situation before I spend $900. But when I was unable to do that, I will take my service business elsewhere. More
