My Service Advisor Jolene Harris was and is so very helpful and polite. She has assisted me 2 or 3 times. Her cheerful attitude makes getting service a pleasure. Needless to say the other Advisors th helpful and polite. She has assisted me 2 or 3 times. Her cheerful attitude makes getting service a pleasure. Had a car emergency, stopped running for no apparent reason. Service folks got it scheduled for first thing monday morning and had an idea of what the problem was. Had my CRV towed to AutoNation as it would start but would not drive. The service department was excellent - they called me in a timely manner to let me know what was wrong, how much the repairs would would not drive.
