Funny, two different appointments, two different cars, two different service advisors, two very, very different experiences. First was ok, kept having to remind the advisor what needed to be done to my p two different service advisors, two very, very different experiences. First was ok, kept having to remind the advisor what needed to be done to my pilot. Got it done sooner than expected, so there’s that. Fast forward to today. Take my accord in. Nothing major, and request the multi point inspection. Tech calls with recommendation (video message, odd but ok). I call back to get cost. No chance to speak to a person, straight to VM. No biggie, leave a message. Two hours later, call again, get a person but have to speak to the service advisor. Ok, I get his VM, leave another message. Two more hours, my fiancé calls, ends up on hold for 20 min. I call again and finally get through to someone but now I’m mad and annoyed. Taking my business elsewhere. They need better customer service. More
Came in because my AC was only blowing warm air. They took my car for four hours during which time I was brought back to be shown that a small animal had been torn up in my pulley system, but I was They took my car for four hours during which time I was brought back to be shown that a small animal had been torn up in my pulley system, but I was assured the compressor was still working fine. I was then told that my system was over-pressurized with air, but only a small amount of refrigerant. So they emptied the system and added refrigerant. However, after all this I was told they found a bent line in the system and that the total repair would be around $1000. I declined the repair understanding that I would still have to pay for the work that had been done already, just under $400. I wasn't happy about this at all, but fine. While paying the service woman told be that, because they had done the emptying and refill of the system, my AC would be "fine for now." Cut to me getting in the car and testing out the AC....and there's a terrible shudder and noise from the engine bay. My compressor is no longer "fine." So to sum this up, I entered with a working compressor but no cold air, paid $400 and left with a bad compressor and still no cold air. I left a message with the service department and have not heard anything back in 48 hours. I recommend taking your car elsewhere. More

I started using this service department last year. My auto broker found my perfect car at this location and it's conveniently located. I've always preferred the small, local mechanic experience; however, if I do need to use the dealer service team, I'm good going to this location. They're not perfect. No one is, really. I had a frustrating situation recently with what felt like a lot more effort on my part than necessary to get some replacements. Once I brought up my concerns, I was pleased with how quickly they worked with me to make things right. They do take concerns seriously. They also seem committed to constant hiring and training to be staffed well, which is a problem everywhere these days so I appreciate their efforts. More
