Upon entering the shop for B1 service I notified the desk technician that the "low tire pressure" light was on and the tire pressure also needed to be checked. The tech assured me that it would be. Upon comp technician that the "low tire pressure" light was on and the tire pressure also needed to be checked. The tech assured me that it would be. Upon completion of the B1 service the light was also reset. Before I left I asked the tech if the tire pressure was checked to which he answered that it was. While driving home and after running some errands I noticed the the low tire pressure light came back on. I returned to the dealer (a real inconvenience) and the same tech then checked all the tires and reset them to proper pressure telling me that some were low. I did not appreciate having to make a return trip. Also, when I first checked out the tech told me that a service review would be sent out and asked me to give a 100% satisfaction review and that if I could not do that then to not submit a review at all?? Is that what you encourage your desk technicians to do? For both of these concerns is why I am submitting a negative review. More
I have been going here for 3 yrs. Foroil changes, always a great job, but this last time i was so disappointed with the service that i will never go back! Great service, poor customer service. Please, you need to put attention in your desk employees. They are not friendly neither good helper. The guy who helped told me that the oil change will be ready in one hour and a half, and he will call me within to come back back and pick up my car. He never call me! After 6 hours, I went for my car and asked him about the call, he just told me that he called and left a message, but maybe it was a wrong number he called. I'm not happy with the customer service and how they treat people!! Thanks!!!! More
I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead to have my oil changed. On the day of my appointment I was told there would be a 3 hour wait even with my appointment, but Jason said he would personally see what h changed. He was constantly in touch with me on progress of my service and I was out of there in an hour and a half. Jason was very courteous and caring. I give him 100% rating. More
Although they were backed up and running late due to unforeseen circumstances, I still was pleased with the service. Jordan Galindo patiently explained the service codes that were on my dashboard and unforeseen circumstances, I still was pleased with the service.
