I was told a half hour to 45 minutes took 3 hours. What's the point of making an appointment if it's going to take that long? It would have been nice to have had someone offer this to shuttle service What's the point of making an appointment if it's going to take that long? It would have been nice to have had someone offer this to shuttle service to take us home I had my child with me. Then after 3 hours I had to hunt down my car because the person that was helping me went to lunch so the person who stepped in was very rude and not very attentive to my checkout time. If this is the way Honda is going to conduct business,I will take my car somewhere else More
