I brought my car in for an air conditioner issue and a key fab sensor issue. The air was fixed (so far) but unfortunately I was charged a diagnostic fee for the key issue that was neither identified nor r key fab sensor issue. The āsolutionā was to update a setting that created a whole different issue but did not address the sensor at all. I was able to undo the setting but Iām stuck with the bill and a sensor that still doesnāt work. I would rather it just be said that the sensor deteriorates over time vs paying for an issue that canāt be identified. It took two weeks to get the appt and itās an 1.5 hour round trip so Iām chalking this up as a loss. This is my third car from Honda 104th and the result of the whole process and my conversations with personal has my confidence in the service department at a low point. More

This was the worst service experience I have ever had with any of the cars I have owned. Took the van in for a broken cup holder in the tray that slides in and out of the center console. Was told that th with any of the cars I have owned. Took the van in for a broken cup holder in the tray that slides in and out of the center console. Was told that the entire console would need to be replaced! They ordered a new console for the van, which took over a month to arrive. We need the van for my son, because it is a wheelchair accessible van and he has Cerebral Palsy. So we make sure to set up an appointment when he won't need it. Was told it would be a 3 hour appointment max. Dropped off the van, and was greeted by "have an appointment" without looking up. I said yes, and get a heavy sigh... After 3 hours, call to get a status, no answer, leave a message. Called again after a while, same thing. No call back. Called the main number and asked to be connected to the service department, only to be transferred to the voice mail system again. Finally got through and was told they are working on it. Dropped my wife off to get it picked up and she complained to the service desk that it was over 6 hours and nobody returned our calls. The guy said he talked to me, which was a lie! Cost of the console repair was 1268.00 bucks, after the said they would knock off 300 dollars. I will never take a car back to these people again! More
