The work done was satisfactory. Before my appointment I left two messages because I had a question. Nobody ever called back. On the paperwork they gave my tires a “6”. My tires are brand new. I had an employee check them again while I watched and his test said tires are a “10”. Makes me suspicious. My appointment was for 11 a.m. I planned to wait but when I arrived early was told they were “running behind” so car wouldn’t be ready until possibly 4:00 p.m. they did provide a Lyft as I had no way to get home. Why tell me to come at 11? A young man named Abraham was very nice and very helpful. He’s a keeper. The Lyft provided was very helpful. I have always had all maintenance done at dealership but seriously looking for another option. Maybe someone who will return my call. More
