All service employees were very polite but our appointment took three hours instead of one and a half. We didn’t bring our other vehicle for a ride home as we thought we were simply getting an oil appointment took three hours instead of one and a half. I also called the general central phone number for appointments and couldn’t get in for an oil change for a month! Little did I know to call the dealership’s service number directly. More

I recently had an oil change and it leaking called Honda and sent an email and no response. They also lost my spare key but offered a discount to replace it.
