Waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. I was also supposed to get an alignment but I just wanted my car. I don't think I have ever waited 2.5 hours for an oil cha 5 hours for an oil change. Highly don't recommend. I honestly don't even know if my tires are rotated. I feel like women get taken advantage at these places especially, if I didn't say something at the 2.5 hour mark I would have probably been still waiting. We got Hondas in the family and not ever coming back here. More

I experienced a problem with my battery and did not have an appointment. Jordan finished checking his customer in and helped me out immediately afterward.
