Our salesman Jody Williams was so extremely helpful with our entire car buying process. Even a week after our car buying process was over he was still available to help us answer questions about the title a our entire car buying process. He also made sure the cars safety features were all set for a teenage driver before we left the parking lot. He did what was needed. I was pleased with the service. All of the staff that I encountered were very polite. I used to go to Honda Dealerships across town but now I am glad that I tried this location. They are closer and they provide good service. More
The sales men were very nice but not very helpful when I came to verify that the car did not have an issue. The check engine light came on as soon as I drove my car off the lot. The warranty is the best part about the dealership but I have been having trouble getting a hold of the manager since I let him take my car to a trusted shop. If I could leave a zero for a review, I would. Honda CALLED ME in December and said that my car had a recall. I scheduled the appointment for January 16, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. There was a long line to e Honda CALLED ME in December and said that my car had a recall. I scheduled the appointment for January 16, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. There was a long line to enter the service department. So, I called the Service Department from my car. The young lady told me that she saw that I had an appointment. I asked her what was the recall and she stated that she didn't no. She didn't see a recall. I told her that they contacted me. Never the less, it was time waisted. I called later and ask for the manager and was told that he wasn't in. As of now, I still haven't heard from a manager or anyone else after leaving my name and number. This is the most DISFUNCTIONAL place of business I have ever dealt. Nobody there knows anything and they don't try to assist you to resolve the problem that they created. Not to mention that I received a recall letter. They either don't care and they don't know anything because they can never answer the question when asked. Every one of them need to go to a customer service and diversity class. They are all lost. It's sickening that they don't know, nor do they care! More
