I got an oil change and had a 10% off coupon, which was nice. The Assistant Manager, Pam, explained everything very well. Pam was pleasant and easy to talk to. I stepped in the door no one greeted me. I stood in the middle of the show room no one asked if I needed help. So, I turned to the receptionist and asked if someone could help me. She called over the intercom for any available salesperson. That’s when a young man from the back came a gave me the best service I could ask for. He called to get the keys unlocked.
