Vincent Vitale was patient & pleasant over the phone when I inquire with my car problem & estimated battery price. Although it was already late afternoon, he accommodated me at the last minute to get my batt I inquire with my car problem & estimated battery price. When I got to Autonation service Dept, Mariana Bejar already knew what I needed to be done. I was surprised they knew my name just by year & model of my car! That’s so amazing! Mariana answered all my questions & reassured me for the lifetime warranty. She updated me as to how long of a wait & even had my car washed. They make sure your car is safe for road travel that they do the 20 Points inspection. I also received very good car care from Justin B. & Ariel.
