In the past I was very happy with the dealership. For the past several times, due to understaffing, checkin time was at least more than a half hour. This was my forst time using this dealership for an oil change/tire rotation. I waited about 25 minutes to get checked in and another three plus hours waiting to have my service complete. Here, i am adding my Initial AutoNation Honda Purchase Experience ( 2024 ): Jeremias Ponce and Viet Tran(Manager) I've been on the market for a new car for the last couple of months. I made what was supposed to be a pitstop to AutoNation in Fremont. Jeremias Ponce and his boss assisted me. They made my wife and I extremely comfortable, and I was just considering purchasing a CRV Hybrid Sport Turing, but I ended up opting with the color of my choice, Hybrid with leather seats. Jeremias Ponce and his supervisor invited me to test drive the car, and before we even left the showroom, she went into great depth about all of the car's amenities and assisted with the Apple CarPlay setup. Buying a car can be stressful, but the crew at AutoNation made the process safe, comfortable, and efficient. Finally purchase is a hassle free. Love it!!! More

Freemont Honda service center is worst service center in USA. Do not go there and if you are trying to buy long term contract like 2-3 Years never buy. The problem 1 - Simple services took like hours like more than 4 hours and while they commit it will be 1-2 hours. They will never communicate with you why you are late. You will stay there go the service manager so many times he will only say 15 mins which is a lie. 2 - They asked me to do wheel alignment and I agree. After 4 hours they did not give me back car then they said wait for 15 mins. After one hour they called me and said your car is ready. Then ask me initial service paper and give me a service paper and said we will not charge you. When I go through the service they did not do wheel realignment and mentioned client declined. When I asked why you do this he said i consulted with my manager. 3 - Every time you go service hour is long. Either they do not have enough people or people who bought long term contract punished by them with long wait 4 - You take appointment and stay in line for 20 mins even no one is there to address you why you are here. Very very frustrating . Can some one help how to take this to consumer service forum as they do not have any official grievance register . I wrote to his manager shown on a bill board no response from manager. More
