This review is for the service department...what a dishonest business!! I took my Odyssey here a few weeks ago for battery issues. I got the battery from them in late 2019. It died on me (I left the k dishonest business!! I took my Odyssey here a few weeks ago for battery issues. I got the battery from them in late 2019. It died on me (I left the key in the ignition overnight so it was my fault) & had it jumped. It was giving me a low battery warning after I had driven it so I took it here for service. They didn't find anything wrong with it so I took the car home. When I parked in my garage, I noticed I didn't hear the audible beep when I locked the car. I changed my remote battery, thinking it was weak. Still no beep. Check the custom settings on the car & it was set correctly. Locked the car & still no beep. It was beeping perfectly before I took my car to them. I always confirm that my car is locked when I hear it beep so this is a function I use many times a day. I went back to have them look it & Mike, our service advisor, says that they're busy & couldn't get me in so I have to make an appointment. Fast forward to today, after they did their diagnostics, they figured it was a hood latch/switch malfunction. The quote was about $900 to have it fixed. What??? Conveniently, it failed after I took the car there for service My husband took the car in for me so he told them he wanted to talk to me about the repair first. He was irate when they told him he had to pay $140 for diagnostic fee. They messed up my van & now we have to pay for a fee so we know what damage they did to my car. It's so ridiculous. After much complaining, the service manager decided to cut down the fee to $30 & my husband paid them so he can get the car back. I was so mad when I heard this when he got home. We called Mike back & he said he would elevate our concerns to the proper channels. He is trying his best & is clearly caught in the middle of this disaster. I brought the car there coz of battery issues but now have a new issue at hand. It's clear that they damaged the hood latch/switch when they were servicing my car for the battery. They are trying to weasel their way out of another repair, a problem their mechanics have caused due to carelessness. The car still locks & it seems like a really small issue, but it impacts my daily life significantly coz it's a feature I rely on & use, multiple times a day. It is clear that their customers are just numbers & dollar signs. To think we've been taking our vehicles here (we own 2 Honda cars) since 2010. This is how they thank their loyal customers. More
This Honda dealership in Fremont is amazing. I Dealt with Kent Branner, who was extremely knowledgeable about Honda’s and knew the best option for you. It was Truly an amazing experience....I’m still blown Kent Branner, who was extremely knowledgeable about Honda’s and knew the best option for you. It was Truly an amazing experience....I’m still blown away. The paperwork was harmless it was short and to the point. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda to go to the Fremont location ask for Kent and rest a sure you are in great hands. More

Never going here again My 2012 Odyssey has a rotors issue where vehicle starts shaking when apply breakes (factory break pads are still good), Its worst at higher speeds. Do My 2012 Odyssey has a rotors issue where vehicle starts shaking when apply breakes (factory break pads are still good), Its worst at higher speeds. Doing some research shows its well know issue with hondas but honda does not acknowledge it and says its your driving. Anyway, many dealers would resurface them for free at-least once. All my odyssey services are done here (B13 just a week before). Service rep says it will be 100$ for diagnosis and 300 something for resurfacing the front rotors. I went ahead and got it done thinking Honda will reimburse me (they raised a ticket and they can help). A day later honda customer service calls and tells they dont reimburse the rotors. Coming back to the dealer, I am way dissatisfied with them that I am putting off the purchase of clarity and any Honda car in future. More

Great service for my Odyssey I've tried a few Honda service centers in the Fremont / South bay area with mixed results. The level of service depends on your service advisor and ho I've tried a few Honda service centers in the Fremont / South bay area with mixed results. The level of service depends on your service advisor and how much you feel you can trust them. So I Googled and Yelp'ed and found Lilly Carbis at the AutoNation Honda Service center. She is hands down one of the best advisors I have come across. She clearly knows her way around a car and is great at what she does. She's also great at customer service and goes far in taking care of her customers. There are some other (favorable) reviews for her as well on Yelp, but the sentiments are well deserved. More
Service department manager highly unprofessional. Came her to have my car serviced and was treated very nicely by The service writer. While I was waiting for my car to be finished in wondered out by the s her to have my car serviced and was treated very nicely by The service writer. While I was waiting for my car to be finished in wondered out by the shop to see if had been started on yet. Around this time some guy comes storming through the shop getting in peoples faces yelling and cursing at them. Something to do with a few work stations were dirty and cluttered. I asked a mechanic who he was and was told he is Phil the service manager. I'm very unhappy to see that's how he treats his employees, no human being should be talked to the way he did. I will not be returning or be recommending anyone to bring there vehicle here till a professional manager is hired. More
Avoid at all cost. Made an appointment for a recall Avoid at all cost. Made an appointment for a recall item on my Honda Civic. Received a call the night before the appointment as a reminder. Go to Avoid at all cost. Made an appointment for a recall item on my Honda Civic. Received a call the night before the appointment as a reminder. Go to the service dept. as scheduled, and the service adviser tells me they don't have the part. WHAT? I was furious, the SA without apology says they can do the recall in a few days, but never called me to schedule of follow up. When I asked to speak to a manger, they were "busy" I just had the recall performed at South Bay Honda, and let me tell you what a difference. More
Came here for oil change, but got lecture promotion about the package service and blah blah... which obviously I don't need it until I see the result. After car is done with oil change, my car supposed to g the package service and blah blah... which obviously I don't need it until I see the result. After car is done with oil change, my car supposed to get free car wash, but instead of a clean car wash, it got a greasy car wash, all of my windows were greasy and I have no idea what kind of things they used to clean up my windows. My car was clean before and it became dirty now... SIGH... will not come back... :( More
