Fremont Hondas auto service department is trash. I showed up for a 9:20 AM appointment for oil change on my 2023 Honda pilot. I waited for over 30 minutes before I had to go get a person to help me. I showed up for a 9:20 AM appointment for oil change on my 2023 Honda pilot. I waited for over 30 minutes before I had to go get a person to help me. after finally getting a person to help me I didn’t had to sit and wait for four hours only to find out that they haven’t even started doing anything to my car. so I’ve wasted four hours. I did not receive service and I missed other appointments that I had planned for the day.. I will never ever go buy a car from them. I will never ever take my car over there for anything and I recommend the other people do so also they are trash. I wasn’t even offered to be compensated for anything they just told me to set another appointment and come back, I asked to talk to the general manager they’re so shady I don’t even know if that was the general manager and all those five star reviews I think they’re fake if you have plans for today do not take your car over there they will just kill your whole day and have no excuse for it More

There was a misunderstanding, but after voicing my concerns someone was able to reach out to me and fix the issue at hand ASAP.
