The snack bar was lacking good stuff like a warm cup noodle soup. The shuttle was unable to take us back home due to the radius limit when it wasn't an issue at the time I leased the car. I took my Honda fit for an oil change. I had a 1pm appt. I waited 30 minutes before I was helped. I was given the most expensive oil change package and not offered cheaper. The Dealership ensured my issue would be looked at (had engine rebuilt by Roseville AutoNation) and there was a major oil leak, and other acceleration issues. Oil leak was found and fixed, but still having some issues with acceleration. Was upset that they kept car for 2 days, but wasn't notified until EOB. I had to call about status, but did not receive txt msg until end of day. The next day I called multiple times and left msgs, but also did not receive a call until end of day. Person that was contact for me did not tell me that that was his day off. Also, upset that this was an issue caused by Roseville, and did not have any transportation for 2 days. More
