I was satisfied with this service and the subsequent outcome. However I was disappointed in that there not enough service advisors to properly service the incoming customers. Honestly I dont have a lot of hope for most businesses or money driven companies. but believe me when i say this was the best buying experience i have ever had with a large purchase. They did work on the used vehicle I purchased that 99% of other car dealerships would have just wrote me off. And they did it more than once. They went above and beyond. My advisor did a great job. However, in my 20 plus years experience with dealership service, autonation or non-autonation, I never had to wait almost an hour in line to do a “Dr However, in my 20 plus years experience with dealership service, autonation or non-autonation, I never had to wait almost an hour in line to do a “Drop Off”. Apparently, it’s a normal at this dealership on a weekend and it was my first time at a Honda dealership. There are no loaner cars nor transport either. Overall, the turn around time was fast, the complimentary car wash and car inspection are nice perks. If I didn’t have to wait that long, I would have given it 4 out of 5. More
