I have since talked to Brian the service manager; I have received emails from DOA Nyguen my service rep. Both apologized and rectified the situation. I was assured that there are guidelines for service costs. I will be asking for these when I schedule my next service appointment. The dealership is returning $120 to my account. The difference between the last estimate and the actual charge! I appreciate the quick response to this dilemma, the ownership of the issue and a plan to rectify the problem through additional training for the representatives and the reminder that there are guidelines for service costs.

The service was excellent however there was no attempt to clean the car like they did before. I know that washing the car is not an option, however a good vacuuming would be nice More
