I dropped off my car for service and never heard back from the advisor. After calling to see where my car was the service department was closed so I was without my car. The next morning after leaving 3 m from the advisor. After calling to see where my car was the service department was closed so I was without my car. The next morning after leaving 3 messages for the advisor I called the main number and the representative told me I could not speak to a manager and my only option was to leave a message. She finally agreed to give me the managers number only to give me the advisors number again. When I told her this is the number I already have she told me I cannot talk to a manager. I went to the dealership to see what is going on and found out my advisors last day was yesterday. The dealership didn’t have another advisor call me. They didn’t tell the main number that he was no longer there they just left me in complete limbo. Very unprofessional. The only positive was the nice gentleman Nathan helped me right away and my car was actually ready to be picked up. He stopped what he was doing and helped me despite the fact there was a line a mile long of people dropping off their cars for service. Not sure how this place can keep customers with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Won’t be going back. More
