I came to this dealership for service. I wanted to get my car's AC inspected as there was some problem with it. I set up an appointment a week before to make sure I was seen early. Devron provided great service, he was friendly, listened to my concerns, and communicated clearly. However, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the amount of time I spent waiting for my car. I waited about 6 hours even when I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am. I think a suggestion would be to prioritize services based on appointment just like the DMV. Other than this, I was happy with my service at AutoNation Honda Fremont. More
Although check in was a little long- only one person working on getting customers checked in- the process itself was easy and streamlined. Devron was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil working on getting customers checked in- the process itself was easy and streamlined. Devron was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil change and needed a few other maintenance items taken care of. He suggested we take care of the most important items and did not push for us to pay for ALL maintenance items on that visit. We did not feel bullied into addressing things that could wait. Devron was easy to talk to and the communication through text was awesome and convenient. He made the process easy and painless. We’ll be back! More

The employee attending to the coffee helped me fill my cup. Will recommend Honda to people I know..great design in & out, comfortable, easy to drive. Happy with my Honda Civc.
