It'll be also nice to call us when the oil change is completed instead of I called to ask. Since I saw lots of car on the scheduled time, I didn't know when our car will be ready for pickup. 3. We forgot we have a discount receied through email when we made the payment. Then I was told that I could forward the discount to the representative and he would send it to thr headquarter to reimburse us. I sent once and followed up twice with email, but haven't heard from anyone yet. More
I am leasing this car. First I was told I had to bring my car to the dealership for maintenance. Received email to bring my car over. The service agent looked at the dashboard and said I do not need maintenance. He also said I can take my car to my regular auto shop. Honda is ok as long as it is properly maintained. Recently I had my car checked, oil changed and tire rotated at my regular shop. My mechanic found something that looks like oil leak. Recommended that I take my car to Honda to have it checked. I made an appointment for 4 o'clock . When I got there, I was told that it takes 6 hours to do the work and therefore I had to leave my car. I told the agent the car had already been checked and maintained and that what I need is Honda to take a look at the place where the oil looked like leaking. I was ready to show the service record and the photo of the leak. Agent did not even look at them and said I should have taken my car to them instead of to my regular auto shop. Honda did not have a car I could borrow. I had to rent a car for the next 2 days. Eventually I was told that the stain was from the factory and that they put dye. I did not understand and had to ask for the manager to clarify several points. Manager was very helpful. Honda should have loaner program in place. I bet there are other customers who encountered inconvenience. I am very disappointed with Honda. My family loves Honda but this service experience was very frustrating and cost me more than it should have. More

Wait and tight parking spots. Very expensive place to get the service done. Went for oil change and enjoyed spending $2300. Other Honda dealer did not recommend those service.
