I had an appt at 7:30am, Friday, Jan 7, and was helped by Jason Ngo. He was very thorough and not pushy when he reviewed the service needs for my car at 120,000 miles. Did a Walk in for an oil change for a 3 hour wait time it was a really busy day. Visiting the area and my Odyssey broke down. Tolled to the facility. They quoted the middle service and was quite pricey but they had worked on it before checking the other real issues. After replacing the facility. They quoted the middle service and was quite pricey but they had worked on it before checking the other real issues. After replacing the water pump, timing belt and the drive belt then they noticed it was more but they didn't have the parts. The part ended up didn't come in until 3 days later. We had to stay in the area 2 extra days. Luckily we were able to stay at a relative's house. No compensation for hotel reimbursement nor courtesy car were offered. It was very inconvenient! When I picked up my car, it wasn't even washed only the paper sign of being sanitized. I thought that was part of the perks for going to repair at the dealer!! A little disappointed! More
