You (Honda dealer) run a good service shop. They ( your employees) handle everything very professional. They kept me informed every step of the service. Jason knew his job. Another terrible experience which started with my service advisor providing the incorrect part # to my warranty company leading to my claim process being held up for a day. Not only that, but I was told the advisor providing the incorrect part # to my warranty company leading to my claim process being held up for a day. Not only that, but I was told the part was on backorder until Feb. 14, 2022. I had to call around myself and let the dealership know where to find the part locally in stock the same day! Advisor was out the day following my car being dropped off and didn't have anyone step in to follow up or help which led me to call and get bounced around to voicemails most of the day while trying to get the status of my vehicle. Once the claim was denied and repairs were authorized by me, the service advisor started playing games and calling my work phone on a Saturday to leave me updates on my voicemail there instead of on my cell phone. Then when asked about it, they tried to play dumb and act like they were unaware of what they were doing. After being without my car for 4 days and spending $1,171 I came in to pick up my vehicle and my paperwork was incomplete and my car was covered in dirty water spots which is not how I dropped it off. I also paid for an oil change and when I got in my car, the front left tire was at 29 psi so clearly air was not added to my tires as is standard with such service. The lack of overall helpfulness and customer service also led me to cancel the synthetic oil change package that I pre-paid for in the amount of $850 as well. When I came in, I asked for help with transferring the service to my new vehicle and was told that wasn't an option. However when I got home and called the administrator, they referred me back to the dealership for assistance! Despite this facility being close to my house, I am now willing to go out of my way to Autonation in Hayward or directly to Dodge and even pay extra if needed for service. I have tried and tried to give you my business and the level of professionalism, customer service and empathy for your return customers when put in these situations such as myself is beyond disappointing. The service manager I left a VM for never even called me back; you really need to do better. More
I have sent my car in for three issues for diagnostic. The AC is generating hot air at the driver's side, sound with car transiting from motion to stop and loud noise on startup the engine in the morning. The AC is generating hot air at the driver's side, sound with car transiting from motion to stop and loud noise on startup the engine in the morning. None of the issue got addressed or found out the root causes after sending to the deal's auto service department twice. I paid 600.00 for the AC issue plus diagnostic fee, however the driver's side still generates hot air in AC mode. Looks like I have to make another trip to auto Honda dealer, hope third time charm really works and the issue can get fixed. More
