Customer service was great, Daniel (DJ) had set a red carpet service he had walked me through step by step on what the service was going to be even though it was just a oil change and pointed out some ot carpet service he had walked me through step by step on what the service was going to be even though it was just a oil change and pointed out some other things I didn't know of that he notice and was hands down one of the greatest advisors I worked with in my past and I appreciate that. Reported the following issues to the service advisor (Mike): a) Engine lights on b) Grinding noise in the front He said a 192 point check is needed to diagnose the issues and you may be able to get back only by 5 pm due to the volume. I thought my odds of getting this fixed quicker with Auto Nation was better. So, I left my vehicle behind. But, when he called me in the evening he said that only the engine light issue was diagnosed with a multi-point check. And a whole new diagnosis is needed for the grinding noise and will be done only on Monday. And that Andy will be working with me. On Monday, Andy said that noise was from the front wheel bearings and they need to be replaced. However, bearings were not available and could get done by Tuesday. I was charged $500 just for diagnosis of the issues. I had emailed Mike to share the following: 1) Details and cost of either of the diagnostics done. 2) A copy of the diagnostic checklist & results against each line item. Also, 3) Why were the diagnoses for both the reported issues not done by the committed timeline of 5 pm Saturday? It's over 2 weeks and I am waiting for a response. More
