Michael was quite helpful during service. I have a busy schedule and couldn’t wait for oil change and warranty work. Totally separate from the service department I am still rather upset about my salesperson during my purchase. I’ve never traded a financed car before so he asked what I owed and I looked on the app and told him. I assumed they would do their due diligence and get the details from the bank. I was totally wrong on that. They went with what I said not knowing that was the amount they’d pay to the lender to pay off my trade in. What if I’d been off by thousands? My credit would have been ruined. My lender thought I’d sold it to an individual because they never received a call from them not one time. So in the end I was stuck paying off a car that I no longer had. Thankfully I had it to do. Just be careful folks. More
