James was very nice, polite, and detailed about what he saw. But my car was returned making new noise(when you turn on heat/air there is a loud clicking whirling noise) When i got home i called (left vm) a saw. But my car was returned making new noise(when you turn on heat/air there is a loud clicking whirling noise) When i got home i called (left vm) and emailed my concern but no response. I understand my car may be older, but it was not having this issue before I brought the car in. Just very disappointed my car now has a new issue with no resolution. Also it is strange that putting 1 star under workmanship that it states n/a and 2 stars is very poor. i do not know who Sydney thorp is and I am asked to rate them. More

Took my Accord to AutoNation Honda for an oil change/antifreeze check and received an all-points check/fluid tops. xxxxxxto service advisor Ryen Levi, who followed solid step-by-step process for change/antifreeze check and received an all-points check/fluid tops. xxxxxxto service advisor Ryen Levi, who followed solid step-by-step process for intake of my vehicle, which instilled confidence in me that attention to detail are high priority at this dealership's service department. In addition, Ryen informed me of my ownership entitlement to no-cost replacement of headlight assembly to amend issue with running light's early burnout (known recall/extended warranty issue--otherwise would be hundreds of dollars to replace). I had forgotten about this issue (had planned to ask service to pull fuse if possible so both running lights would not function, but instead all is good-as-new now. Although I had forgotten this issue at the time while being concerned primarily with winterization, Ryen noticed the issue during intake, ensuring that I went home extra happy about dealing with AutoNation Honda Lewisville. Also very happy with post-service consultation that prepares me for what I might need over the future of ownership for the car, along with a review of all the things that are in good order currently. Peace of mind—Thanks, Ryen! More
I have been coming here for years to have my Honda’s serviced and will continue to do so because of the excellent service I have received from Mike Malone all these years. Mr Malone is a very friendly serviced and will continue to do so because of the excellent service I have received from Mike Malone all these years. Mr Malone is a very friendly person to talk to and doesn’t push extra things on you making it look like you need to have extra work done on your car. He will get with you and go over any issues that they find with a estimate of the cost. No pushy story’s, you choose what you want done and he sees it get’s done… Thank you Mr Malone I will see you next time. The Carson Family….. More
Took my 2019 CRV in for routine maintenace and state safety inspection. Was told that the original tires were running a little thin and was recommended to have them replaced. Was given a quote for a set safety inspection. Was told that the original tires were running a little thin and was recommended to have them replaced. Was given a quote for a set of new tires and the pricing was in line with what I could get else where. So decided to let them do the work. On my way home the low tire pressure indicator came on. Unfortunately I had another commitment and was not able to return to the dealership to have this looked at. When I checked the tire pressure, all of the tires were at 40 PSI. The sticker on the door has front pressure at 32 PSI and rear at 30 PSI. Called the dealership on Monday to see if something might be wrong and/or a misunderstanding on my part. Was told that I needed to let out air from each tire to match what is on the door and then re-calibarate the sensors through the center console. All of this I did. My only complaint with that whole process is that the tires should have been inflated to the proper pressure and the pressure sensors calibrated before the car was returned to me. Found out later that the person working on my car was new. Regardless, this is something that even someone new should have known to do either intuitively or through provided instructions. I am choosing to believe that this was an isolated incident and will continue to going here for maintenance on my car. More
