You give appointments for car servicing knowing that you will not deliver the service unless you get early for you appointment at 8:30am, and there’s 2 lines of cars about 15 cars? How’s that’s possible. You do this on purpose, planned, knowing you can’t take care of your appointments on time. So sad…. It was not like this before, review what or who changed the system. More
