It's a scam. They told me they couldn't change the paperwork so I had to make a downpayment of 1,000 that was supposed to go towards the 17,000 loan. One of the worst Customer Service experience from the Auto Nation Honda SERVICE department in Miami Lakes, Fl. Took me over two days and numerous phone calls to get status on my car, this was supposed to Auto Nation Honda SERVICE department in Miami Lakes, Fl. Took me over two days and numerous phone calls to get status on my car, this was supposed to be done in one hour. No one picks up the phone, no call back from service advisor. To make matters more interesting, I was told that to fix check engine lights on dashboard, onboard computer module needs replacement and Honda does not have any ETA on part availability or delivery. I was wrongfully charged $108 for no-service. Estimated cost for parts and labor would be around $1500 to $2000. Same evening drove the suv to a local mechanic, who scanned and reset all computer codes back to factory setting and replaced one fuse (haha.. ). No issue with the onboard computer. Everything is back to normal. This place is not worth your time and money. More
