The employee I worked with kept telling me the same thing for 2:30 hours. He kept saying they are going to work on it now, they are going to work on it now and at the end after I waited 2:45 hours, what they had to so took 10 minutes.

I honestly believe my service advisor Rolando Martinez if he is not the best in the business he is definitely in the top five percent of service advisors. He took the time to make sure all my concerns were a he is not the best in the business he is definitely in the top five percent of service advisors.
