My car has only 25,000 miles, it is a 2019 model. The dashboard showed the Maintenance due notice, so I scheduled the visit. They told me they were going to take care of everything. 4 hours later they called me to tell me that I had to change the 3 tires of my car, balance it and align it for a cost of $729.55 + taxes. Which I immediately rejected since my tires are in good condition. They told me that I had to do an oil change, tire rotation, injector cleaning and hydraulic system break flush, I accepted the latter, I do NOT know about car maintenance and I trusted Autonation Honda. Pay $495 for those services. I picked up my car and on Monday when I left for work the battery began to fail, and the Maintenance due notice kept coming out...they didn't remove it. Inform the person who attended me and told me to take it again. I did it today Tuesday and the message despite the fact that the inspection says Multi Inspection is that if I don't tell them that the battery is faulty they DO NOT check it, on Saturday the battery was perfect, it was only until they did the maintenance that I started to show errors. THEY DID NOT CHECK IT, THEY DID NOT MAKE A MULTI INSPECTION as they say, but if they wanted to force me today to buy a battery for more than $200, Terrible Service, they take advantage of the inexperience of people, of women in this aspect, they take advantage of everyone the services they can get out of you without need. Today I took my car to another place, where they informed me that they did NOT rotate the tires, that it was NOT necessary to do the hydraulic system flush because my car did not even have 30 thousand miles, and they even showed me that the liquid looks yellow, not pure. how it should be I feel that I was literally ROBBED with the service. Incredible that during the warranty of the car, they install used batteries, or of low quality, that are damaged only after 4 months of use, because mine had that, 4 months and since it no longer had a warranty I had to buy the battery with them, INCREDIBLE that just after maintenance the battery is damaged, they DO NOT check the entire car, they do not check anything, it is NOT a multi-inspection. They only want money. If you buy the battery YES they give you a warranty for 3 or more years, but if your car has already lost the warranty of the purchase and despite only having 4 months of use of the battery, they do not give you the warranty, that makes no sense. The noise of the car is a vibration due to something loose...NOT FOR TIRES I have many doubts if the maintenance was done... it is that they did NOT remove the message, something as simple as that.
